FACE MASSAGE AND COSMETOLOGY MYTHS
Any woman who cares about herself is concerned about the issues of proper face care. After all, our life and destiny depend on how our face looks. Who, ceteris paribus, will they hire, prefer to see as a business partner or life partner, old or young? The answer is obvious. Often, it is the face that is the most important and noticeable indicator of your age. What women do not dare to preserve the flowering appearance of their faces, and modern men have realized that the face is capital for which it is worth fighting.
This is surprising, but modern cosmetology has limited itself to working with only one skin. Why? Just for manufacturers of cosmetics, it is cost-effective. A lot of clever works have been written about the skin aging processes, from which it follows that the skin becomes thinner with age, oxidizes, loses the right amount of subcutaneous fat, collagen, elastin, etc.
And, allegedly, these losses, plus a genetic predisposition, plus bad habits, such as smoking, excessive facial expressions, etc. – lead to the appearance of premature wrinkles and other indicators of aging. In an effort to stop, or at least slow down this process, women begin to buy creams with bio-additives that stimulate the production of collagen and elastane, creams with placenta, hormones, etc. As for hormones, firms do not indicate them in the composition of their cream – neither the presence of estrogen, nor the fact that the placenta is purified from hormones. The immediate effect of the use of hormones is blocked by a large number of serious complications, primarily from the organs of the endocrine system, which is expressed in the appearance of facial hair, as well as in the manifestation of “withdrawal syndrome” – a sharp deterioration in the appearance of the skin when the hormonal cream is canceled. It goes without saying that using creams is necessary, but only making a choice in favor of natural and harmless products.
Of course, it is impossible to resist the aging process with creams alone, and then “heavy artillery” comes into play. Fat is introduced into the cheeks, callogen is injected into the lips, wrinkles are filled with various gels, drugs are injected, the skin is polished with a laser and other photo devices, it is treated with acids, mesotherapy is applied, gold and polymer threads are introduced, etc. Here is a far from complete list of a huge variety of cosmetic procedures for more or less “short-term youth.”
Only these procedures fight the consequences of destructive processes, and do not oppose them and also exacerbate them. See for yourself: the effect of the shock wave of ultrasound used in anti-cellulite massage (as well as for peeling and phonophoresis procedures) smoothes the skin due to the destruction of the fibrous structures of the skin, which leads to their disruption, which in turn leads to the destruction of cellular structures, a decrease in the synthesis functions proteins and further sagging skin.
Or, for example, consider such popular procedures as photo and laser exposure, advertised as improving the synthesis of callogen and increasing its number, in fact, lead only to negative results. To achieve the effect, the principle of heating collagen fibers to 55 degrees is used, as a result of which, they turn into dead callogen, not able to play the role of a skin moisturizer. Such an effect leads to the fact that the skin, in an emergency, is trying to produce a new callogen. For some time, a double layer of callogen is in the skin, which, according to the developers of the procedure, should lead to a visual improvement in appearance. However, experts’ forecasts regarding the long-term effects of such procedures are very pessimistic – temporary improvement = stimulation of aging. So is the price of momentary youth too high?
Of course, the more you work with the skin, the more time and energy you spend on it, the more time you will be able to “hold” a young face shape. However, sooner or later the moment will come when the aging processes that occur with all structures under the skin will certainly come to the surface! These processes, fully manifesting themselves by the age of 40-45, are laid in 25-28 years old and occur “behind the scenes” – under the skin. If all of the above does not help, the woman decides on the most radical method – plastic surgery, instead of taking the simplest and most natural way – to restore the framework on which everything rests !!! You only need to move away from stereotypes and understand that the causes of wrinkles and sagging lie not so much in the skin as in the changed muscle corset of the face, which is “worn” on the skull, which changes with age.
Each of us has the opportunity to have a young face to a very old age. How to do it? The answer is simple – facial massage will help you! How does he work?
Explain: Massage is the procedure of reflex-mechanical effects on the human body. The face, like the body, does not remain indifferent to this effect. One of the most important positive changes is opening closed micro capillaries. The physiological significance of micro capillaries is huge!
